Keen on Quinoa: It’s Inca-redible

I am very keen on Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah ).  So, why do I like Quinoa so much?  First, it is a superfood.  When I say superfood, I am talking about a food that has so many nutritional benefits you have to ask yourself, “why am I not eating this?”  Second, it tastes great!
