Ok, so I have a question for you…. no maybe two or three… lol

First off, I’ve lost 55 pounds in the last 10 months by increasing activity and controlling intake. smaller portions and low fat. All is good with the diet and exercise. BUT…. I am down to the last five pounds to reach my goal (140). I am seriously struggling with feeling like I’m starving. The pounds just will not come off no matter how much I stick with my program. Is it true that once in a while you have to “feed” your body to trick it into thinking it’s gonna get that fat food back or something? I am not actually hungry but my body keeps acting like it is…. not a lack of feeling full because that’s not the issue, it’s more an energy thing. So do I need to add in more fat or more calories in order to get my body to let go of those last five pounds?

Secondly, will I always be cold now? Seems I just can’t stay warm. Someone told me it’s due to less surface area but increased capillaries from when I was larger. True?
